When we were inquiring about home care for my wife Rosemary the Van Diest social worker mentioned Treasured Hearts Home Care. We were not familiar with it, but signed on with Treasured Hearts almost 3 years ago. It was absolutely the best move we could have made. They made a very sad part of our lives not only bearable, but memorable. Their kind, compassionate care was always present no matter the situation. Although every single person who came was excellent, I have to point one out– Sierra L. She always went above and beyond of what she had to do. She made Rosemary smile– even up to her last day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Treasured Hearts Home Care!!! We needed home care for aging parent. After using and being disappointed with other agencies and businesses for over 3 years someone told us about Treasured Hearts. What a blessing. As parent’s health continued to decline and more services were necessary Treasured Hearts stepped up to provide. They helped with transport to medical appointments, medication needs, provided at home medical testing because transporting was so difficult and painful. They worked directly with medical doctor and his office staff. Treasured Hearts provided all home health needs for wound care, medications, bathing, etc. as well as laundry, cooking, cleaning and prescription and grocery pick up. Dancing, playing games, laughter and wholesome conversation was a benefit to our parent. Treasured Hearts staff allowed our family to be family and allowed us to enjoy our time with parent without all the caregiver responsibilities. When we were available to help with our parent they became a good partner to work with. Our parents care became hospice care as health declined and Treasured Hearts placed the WOW!!! in the care and services received during this time. The staff handled all covid concerns with proper diligence to protect parent, themselves and family. They became our parents family at a time so dire. Sincerely wish we had known about Treasured Hearts years ago. They are very competitive in their pricing and we did not notice a high turn over in staff. If you or your loved one need proper care Treasured Hearts is more than a business name, they truly care. We as a family cannot thank them enough.

I have worked for Treasured Heart’s for 8 yrs. I can not express how wonderful it is to work with Becky and her team of women and men. I have never worked for someone who puts as much heart and soul into her clients and staff to make sure everyone is happy. Even during these new and unpredictable time’s Becky has made sure to keep all of us informed and trained and healthy!!

A few years ago my mom was very ill and nearing the end of her life. She desperately wanted to be at home. Someone recommended Becky and her staff to me. I contacted Becky and she immediately came to our house so we could meet and discuss my mom’s needs. I instantly liked her and knew that we could depend on her. She and her staff were such a blessing. They were so kind and so eager to do whatever they could to make my mom comfortable. When my mom passed away Becky was right there with us helping us through a very difficult time. She is the best and we will be forever grateful.

When we were in immediate in-home care for an aging parent, we were given Becky’s name. She promptly met with us and she and her team were a perfect fit for our family’s needs. She was able to provide 24 hour care for our Mom. The girls made meals that met the requirements for our diabetic Mom. They did light house cleaning, laundry, and assisted in bathing as part of their daily jobs. Our Mom enjoyed playing cards and games which the team also enjoyed playing with her. Becky was able to take our Mom to her doctors appointments, which kept her directly informed of medical issues and any medications that were needed or changed. Treasured Hearts cared for our Mom for 6 years in her own home, her “Happy Place” at her windows on the world. The team became family to us. We still maintain connections to many even after our Mom’s passing over 3 years ago. We would greatly recommend Treasured Hearts Home Care to anyone in need of care for their loved one.

Becky and her team came to help with care for our aunt. Needed help with her personal care and light cleaning. They were all wonderful. Our aunt enjoyed having them care for her, they were all pleasant and helpful. They let us know if there were any concerns or anything she needed. And it gave us peace of mind knowing she was being cared for. The time came when she needed full time help in a care center and Becky and her team still check with us to see how she is doing. I would recommend her to anyone looking for her services
